Congratulations to the 2010 Wallace Art Awards finalists

Congratulations to John Pusateri, Louise McRae, Kristin Perrett, Stafford Allpress and Jesse Watson - all finalists in this years Wallace Art Awards. Their work will be on show from 7th September to 7th October at Pah Homestead, the fabulous new home of the James Wallace Trust Collection.

New work for the Kristin Perrett, Natasha Cantwell and Mark Rayner exhibition

Cantwell’s new photographs of unoccupied rooms, display the kitsch residues of erstwhile inhabitants.

Mark’s latest series of ceramic and mixed media sculptures were inspired by a visit to ‘Opossumworld’ in Napier.

Kristin has carefully crafted a series of fabric appliqué dolls depicting three of the iconic 16^th century Tudors.

The Wallace Art Awards are announced

Congratulations to all the winners.

View work by Stafford Allpress and Kristin Perrett in Auckland at the Aotea Centre until the 2nd of October (hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm weekdays and 10am - 4pm weekends).

Kristin and Stafford's work will also be exhibited in Wellington at The New Dowse between: 17 October - 24 January (hours: 10am - 4:30pm weekdays and 10am - 5pm weekends).
