The Wallace Art Awards are announced


Congratulations to all the winners.

View work by Stafford Allpress and Kristin Perrett in Auckland at the Aotea Centre until the 2nd of October (hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm weekdays and 10am - 4pm weekends).

Kristin and Stafford's work will also be exhibited in Wellington at The New Dowse between: 17 October - 24 January (hours: 10am - 4:30pm weekdays and 10am - 5pm weekends).

Congratulations to John Pusateri - awarded the 2010 Black Church Print Studio Residency in Ireland


This three-year International Lithography Residency Programme 2008-2010 is a new initiative of the Black Church Print Studio and is funded by Dublin City Council. Emerging, mid-career and established professional artists who specialize in lithography are invited to apply. Participants in this residency programme will receive accommodation, basic materials, and studio and facility usage complete with technical and administrative support. Travel and material costs are the responsibility of the participating artist.

The work created during this programme will result in a three-person exhibition in the Original Print Gallery, Dublin in 2010.

The residency programme aims to further the professional development of artists by: enabling the creation and production of new work; fostering an exchange of ideas and influences; encouraging the sharing of expertise; inspiring new works of art and creative collaborations.
